Senior Interior Designer – Retail, Spatial & Brand
Locaiton: East London | Hybrid
Salary: Up to £60,000
Software: Vectorworks & SketchUp
Sportswear drops. Streetwear flagships. Fashion-forward retail that has to work as hard as the brand behind it.
This studio operates in that space — and they do it with a small, senior creative team who shape environments from the ground up, not just dress them up. With project momentum building, they're looking for someone who can plug into the conceptual side of that work from the start.
The role Think early. Think brand. Think space.
You'll be shaping direction on retail projects for sports, streetwear, and fashion clients — defining how a brand's identity translates into a physical environment that customers actually feel. That means spatial thinking first, with Vectorworks and SketchUp as your tools for exploring and communicating ideas in three dimensions.
This isn't about inheriting a brief and delivering it. You'll be in the room where direction gets set.
You'll be a good fit if you:
* Have real experience in fashion, sports, or streetwear retail environments
* Think spatially and conceptually, not just visually
* Are comfortable when a brief is still forming and direction is still open
* Want to influence the outcome of a project, not just contribute to it
Probably not the right move if:
* You're most comfortable with clearly scoped, delivery-led work
* Your portfolio leans heavily on visuals without strong spatial depth
* The idea of shaping creative narrative doesn't particularly excite you
The right person will leave a mark on how these environments are experienced — not just how they're rendered.
