Learning & Development Manager | London
We're seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team. This role involves more than delivering training; it's about fostering growth, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture where everyone can excel.
What the role involves
* Identifying training needs and designing effective programmes.
* Implementing and maintaining an engaging company-wide learning platform.
* Managing induction and post-induction training for new employees.
* Supporting training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborating with leaders to develop tailored development plans.
* Leading and supporting a small training team.
What we're looking for
* Experience in Learning & Development within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
* Proficiency with learning systems and content creation, with an interest in digital learning.
* A coaching mindset and leadership qualities.
* Organized, curious, and up-to-date with new L&D ideas.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus but not essential.
