Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working for a brilliant Essex based Insurance Broking Group who are looking to expand their marketing team with someone to look after social media, mailshots, database management and web design.
The role will involve working closely with the New Business Broking Department in order to carry out, create and implement successful marketing activities which will lead to bringing in new customers and winning business as well as spreading awareness of the brand and products and services on offer.
We are looking for a creative, motivated individual with a good track record in a similar role, ideally within Insurance or Financial Services or similar, this is certainly not a trainee position and prior experience is essential as you will need to run the marketing activities yourself.
Role and Responsibilities
* To look after company social media and website adding functionality
* Administer & manage client/prospect database & electric mailers
* On-going production of marketing materials
* Monitoring of Telemarketer activity
* Organising client seminars & events
* Other general marketing activity as required
Essential and desirable skills
* Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office packages applications (PowerPoint useful but not essential)
* Minimum 2 -3 years marketing experience in Financial Services or similar
* Adobe Creative Suite and Word Press experience desired
* ACT / Swift Page (useful but not essential)
* Google Ad words (useful but not essential)
* General insurance knowledge useful but not essential
