Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or Recently Qualified Architect for small design practice

£32,000 - £40,000
Role Overview
* Work on day‑to‑day project management under senior guidance
* Support on projects across RIBA Stages 0-4
* Produce high‑quality design, planning, and construction documentation
* Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients/contractors
* Assist projects to be delivered on time and to a high standard
About You
* Part II Architectural Assistant with 2-3 years post‑Part III qualification, or recently qualified ARB Architect
* Experience in a design‑focused architectural studio
* Strong technical knowledge and construction understanding
* Design literate, with a portfolio showcasing well‑resolved, thoughtful work
* Comfortable working independently and within a small collaborative team
* Clear communicator with clients, consultants, and contractors
Software & BIM
* Proficient in Revit and SketchUp (required)
* Experience in 3D rendering tools a bonus – the company uses V‑ray, but could be Enscape or Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop
