What you’ll be doing
* You will play a pivotal role in selling, negotiating, premium properties across South Manchester
* Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, and sales progression duties
* Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients
* To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in speaking with premium property owners and understanding of the residential property market
What you will have
* Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
* Ability to communicate with high profile clients and meet their high expectations
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Must have a full UK driving licence
