The Role
As Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day financial management, ensuring accuracy, control, and insight across the business. You’ll lead the month-end close, deliver high-quality reporting, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and drive continuous improvement in processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost controls
* Oversee external audit, compliance, and financial controls
* Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability
* Coach and develop a team of five finance professionals
About You
* Qualified Accountant
* Experienced in manufacturing
* Strong technical grounding in cost accounting, cash management, and reporting
* Hands-on, detail-focused, and confident leading in a fast-paced environment
