About the role
As a Parking Services Data Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of transforming data into actionable intelligence. You will lead on developing high-quality reports, dashboards, and data solutions that support the effective management of parking services across the county.
You’ll leverage your expertise in statistical analysis, advanced data interrogation, and Microsoft Power BI to design dynamic dashboards, optimise parking operations, and influence strategic decision‑making. Working with large and complex datasets, you’ll identify trends, highlight emerging issues, and provide insight that drives service improvement and efficiency. You’ll also play a key role in developing automated processes, improving data quality, and embedding robust data governance practices.

About the team
You’ll be joining a well‑established Parking Services function within the Highways Client team, working closely with colleagues across the wider Data Insight Team and operational services.
The team manages a significant and complex parking service across Lincolnshire, working with multiple stakeholders and contracts. This means you’ll have exposure to a wide range of data, systems, and challenges—offering excellent opportunities to broaden your experience and develop your skills.
There is a strong collaborative culture, with opportunities to coach and support colleagues, influence how data is used across the service, and contribute to ongoing transformation and innovation.
