Job Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated, resourceful, and customer-focused individual who can work independently or collaboratively within a team. The ideal candidate will manage a demanding and varied workload, meet strict deadlines, and possess excellent organisational, keyboard, and communication skills.
The candidate should be proficient in MS Office and familiar with office management systems and procedures. Experience with a CRM system is desirable. This role will develop our administrative functions, providing first-class support to colleagues and customers to ensure smooth business operations.
The right candidate will have excellent attention to detail, high accuracy, a confident telephone manner, and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Office Admin and Reception Duties
* Handling telephone and email enquiries
* Welcoming visitors
* Receiving and distributing mail/deliveries
* Ensuring customer orders are packaged and labelled correctly according to postal and shipping regulations
* Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies
* Booking travel and accommodation
* Admin Support for Department Managers
* Finance: invoicing and reconciliation
* Commercial & Marketing: customer feedback surveys, maintaining CRM, supporting event bookings and shipping
* Company Secretary: shareholder updates and notifications
* QHSE: document control, managing calibration and maintenance records, supporting health and safety policies
