As a Subway Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food preparation and cleanliness. Your main responsibilities include:
* Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Preparing sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Subway's standards.
* Handling cash, operating the till, and processing card payments accurately.
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
* Restocking supplies and ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and within expiry.
* Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines.
* Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stock checks, and equipment checks.
* Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, answering questions, and handling any issues professionally.
* Supporting management with any additional tasks when required.
