The Role
* Deliver a polished, personalised luxury customer experience
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM and clienteling
* Drive sales through styling, storytelling, upselling, and cross-selling
* Consistently achieve personal and store KPIs
The Profile
* Minimum one year of experience in premium or luxury retail
* Commercially driven with strong communication skills
* Confident, polished, and passionate about luxury fashion
* Proactive sales mindset with excellent relationship-building ability
