About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced, people-focused Nursery Manager to take the reins of a thriving private nursery in Loughton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven manager who's passionate about quality early years education and confident leading a team to deliver excellence every day.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery
* Leading, developing, and motivating a dedicated team
* Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards
* Managing budgets, staffing, and parent relationships
* Driving continuous improvement and outstanding practice
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 or above in Early Years (ideally with management experience)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A proven track record in nursery or early years management
* Confident with safeguarding, health & safety, and staff development
