We're looking for a capable, reliable Sous Chef to join the kitchen at our Rosette level country pub with rooms. Working directly with the Head Chef and owner, you'll be the number two in a small, focused team – ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on, high-standard kitchens.
What's on offer:

What we're looking for:
* Experience at CDP or Junior Sous/Sous level in a fresh food kitchen
* Calm, organised, and consistent approach – no drama
* Strong understanding of prep, service, and maintaining standards
* Willingness to step up when the Head Chef is off
* A team player who wants to contribute, improve, and take pride in the work
* A CV showing strong longevity in previous roles
