Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs of all ages, including spinal injuries, respiratory conditions, and neurological disorders.
* Undergo comprehensive training and competency sign-off from our in-house Registered Nurses to ensure confidence in your role.
* Carry out clinical tasks as part of daily care, such as manual cough assist, digital stimulation for bowel management, postural and spinal support, PEG care, tracheostomy care, and ongoing assistance with continence, medication, mobility, meal preparation and helping with household tasks.
* Promote independence and bring a real sense of joy to the people you support.
* Work with a flexible schedule; be available to work within the stated hours and understand the needs of the role, including late evenings and night shifts where applicable.
Qualifications
* At least 6 months of hands-on care experience in a UK care setting.
* Experience with Tracheostomy Care is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Age 18 or over; role involves personal care and unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals.
* Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required.
