Central London | £36,760 + Paid Overtime | Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm | Permanent, Full-Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a prestigious international law firm based in Central London.
Working within a refined and professional environment, you'll be part of a talented brigade responsible for producing exceptional food for client dining, internal events, and staff catering. This is a Monday-Friday position offering great work-life balance with no weekends, and the opportunity to work with premium ingredients and deliver high standards of service.
What's on Offer:
* Basic Salary: £36,760 per annum
* Paid Overtime at 1.5x (Average additional earnings of £10,000 per year)
* 40-hour contract, Monday to Friday
* Core hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes for client dining, internal meetings, and hospitality events
* Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu development and daily service planning
* Take ownership of designated sections, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality
* Support with the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety across all kitchen operations
* Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
About You:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a premium hospitality or corporate dining environment
* Passionate about food and delivering excellence in every dish
* Well-organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Confident working under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (Level 2/3 Food Hygiene preferred)
* A team player with a professional attitude and great communication skills
