Service Advisor | Aftersales Advisor
Location: Stockport and Oldham
Salary: £28,500 - £35,000 OTE
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and Saturdays on a rota.

This role offers the best of both worlds, as you will be split between our busy Oldham and Stockport dealerships. If you have a knack for building relationships and a drive to provide outstanding service across two successful sites, we want to hear from you!

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department, ensuring every customer has a smooth and excellent journey. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maximising Service Sales: Use your exceptional communication skills to confidently upsell additional products, services, and repair work.
* Customer Support: Deliver product knowledge and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high degree of care.
* System Management: Ensure all systems and documentation are completed with high accuracy, maintaining a well-organised workflow.

* Automotive Experience: Knowledge and experience within the automotive industry is essential.
* Customer-Facing Skills: Proven experience in a busy customer-facing role.
