TARs, which are unique to the Trust, have been designed to align with Teaching staff who, similarly receive a Teaching & Learning Responsibility (TLR) allowance. The level of responsibility will determine the level of the TAR payment and will range from £500 to £3,500 per annum potentially equating your salary scale to beyond GLEA 3.9 up to GLEA 6.15.
The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all its staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All pre-employment checks undertaken are in line with "Keeping Children Safe in Education". This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
