We're Hiring: SITE ENGINEER – Luxury Interior Fit-Out (UAE)

ALEC FITOUT is hiring skilled Site Engineers to deliver luxury interior fit-out projects. If you are driven, experienced, and seeking new challenges in the UAE, consider joining us.
* This role will be based on ALEC FITOUT projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
* A six-day workweek is mandatory for all site-based roles.
* Applicants must be eligible for a UAE work visa.
Your Role:
* Manage site operations, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance for interior fit-out projects.
* Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
* Ensure quality control for premium finishes and precise execution of design elements.
* Maintain safety standards and a safe working environment on-site.
* Monitor progress, resolve issues, and update management on key milestones.
What You’ll Need:
* At least 5 years of experience in luxury fit-out projects.
* Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
* Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on schedule.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in English.
