What You'll Do At Elekta
As a Marketing Salesforce Specialist you will play a pivotal role in the execution and evolution of the digital operations strategy. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence within our CRM platform Salesforce.
As a strategic partner to Global Marketing, Sales, and IT, the Marketing Salesforce Specialist will ensure that the CRM system is fully optimized and mature. Focused on 3 core elements: Salesforce development, Salesforce support/execution and request management. This role will be the lead admin user in Salesforce for Marketing.
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Operations Manager, this role supports Salesforce governance, campaign execution, and request management, ensuring marketing technologies and processes are aligned with commercial priorities and cross-functional needs.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Salesforce CRM
* Drive cross-functional Salesforce governance, aligning Marketing processes with Sales and Service for seamless collaboration.
* Act as the primary Salesforce support contact for Marketing, ensuring smooth resolution of user issues and effective request tracking.
* Oversee data management activities, including imports/exports, while maintaining system integrity and documentation.
* Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, testing and deploying new features in collaboration with system admins and developers.
* Champion change management by communicating system updates and fostering user adoption.
Campaigns
* Support the design, configuration, and governance of commercially focused Salesforce campaigns within the campaign hierarchy.
* Execute segmentation-driven audience distributions and ensure accurate campaign data management.
* Manage pre-campaign opportunity uploads and monitor campaign performance, tracking influence and pipeline progression.
Request Management
* Serve as the first point of contact for marketing requests, ensuring timely triage, visibility, and attribution of all activity to commercial outcomes.
* Enhance database quality by converting leads into enriched contact records and ensuring accuracy across leads, opportunities, and accounts.
* Qualify and route high-priority requests to accelerate sales follow-up and shorten the funnel.
* Identify bottlenecks and process trends, implementing improvements to request handling and campaign execution.
* Monitor KPIs such as request conversion rates to assess efficiency and impact.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential.

What you bring:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Science discipline or equivalent.
* Working experience with Salesforce (or other CRM platforms).
* Salesforce (or other CRM platforms) certifications.
* Eperience in CRM (back and front end), Lead Management and Marketing Automation.
* Strong Interest in Marketing Technologies, processes and lead management.
