An exciting opportunity has arisen within our team for a highly motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Asset & Procurement Team supporting the delivery of the Town and Community Hub delivery programme and DBFM/PPP Contract Management. You will work effectively with project partners and other relevant bodies; monitor and report on individual projects and ensure contract compliance.
With a degree in a relevant field, you will have extended knowledge and experience of working on multiple high-value contracts and project management skills with experience in procurement, contract and financial management and be familiar with Design & Build forms of contract.
To be considered for a NLC Grade 12, it is essential that you hold chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors i.e. MRICS.
To be successful in this role, you will remain calm under pressure, be an effective and clear communicator with excellent organisational and IT skills.
A driving licence is required for this role and you must be able to travel throughout North Lanarkshire.
Work pattern:
35 hours per week -Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:45pm (including a 55 minute unpaid break)
Friday: 08:45am - 16:15pm (including a 50 minute unpaid break)
