Commercial Manager - Defence
Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our client in the Defence Sector, who is seeking a Commercial Manager for an initial 4-month assignment, with the option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - London or Bristol
Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in Commercial and Procurement Management, including the following skills and experience:
* Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations (Procurement Act 2023 & PCR 2015)
* Hands-on experience managing procurements through CCS Frameworks
* Proficient experience in leading end-to-end sourcing within the Defence or Central Government.
* Experience in developing and delivering complex Invitations to Tender, including negotiations and contracts
* Familiarity with the New Transforming Public Procurement (TPP) is desired
* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is desired
