We are recruiting for a Private Clients Account Manager to provide administrative support, and to take ownership of all areas of service delivery, working in partnership with the relevant Advisors to provide outstanding customer service.Overview of dutiesPreparation of client annual review meetings and compliant ongoing suitability reports following Adviser review meetingsPreparation of client documentation for switches/withdrawals/top-ups and submissionPreparation of switch/withdrawal/top-up suitability reports in compliant fashion for adviser deliveryExecution of additional business submission with ProvidersManage ongoing client information on back officeDeal with any ad hoc client queriesLiaise with Compliance Department, Accounts and other parts of the business to manage internal requirements of the team e.g. Weekly figures, regulatory data requirementsSupport the day-to-day functions of the office liaising with other NFP companiesPerson specification Knowledge, skills and abilities:Previous experience working within the Private Client Wealth Management industryStrong working knowledge of private client back office softwareGood IT skills including Microsoft Office suiteExperience of cashflow modelling softwareHonest and trustworthy with a desire to work to the highest standards of complianceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work to a high level of accuracy and prioritise effectivelyEducation / and or ExperiencePrevious experience in a wealth rolePrevious exposure within a tech enabled back officeKey information: Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 Hours Location: Bromsgrove / Birmingham Hybrid If this sounds like something you are interested in please apply, or contact Paige Hughes or Lucy Reed for further information.
