We are proud to support customers across the UK and Ireland, and just as proud of the people who make that possible every day.Job Title: Customer Support Co-ordinatorLocation: ThurnscoeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30 (40 hours per week)The RoleBased at our Thurnscoe depot, the Customer Support Co-ordinator plays a key role at the heart of our operation. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, combining excellent customer service with strong operational coordination to ensure every hire runs smoothly from start to finish.Relationship building is central to this role. You will manage the full hire journey — from taking customer orders, through to arranging delivery and collection — working closely with colleagues across the depot to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.On a day-to-day basis, this is a desk-based role where you will work collaboratively with stock teams, drivers, engineers, and sales colleagues.
