We are looking for a Residential Support Workers / RSW to work nights throughout the week. (10pm-7am) Our residential provider adopts an ethos that is child focused, while understanding that children will thrive when they feel safe and secure. A focus on providing consistency and continuity, ensuring at all times that children’s wishes are heard and respected.
