We are looking to recruit a Board Member who can bring real value and experience to our strategic leadership team. We are looking for someone with a good understanding of innovation and leadership as we refine services in line with customer feedback and to respond to the changing regulatory agenda.
A key focus for the organisation is improving the way in which we communicate with our customers and deliver our services, and as such to enhance our current Board skills we are ideally looking for someone with a background in one or more of the following areas: Safeguarding, IT & Cyber Security and Customer Engagement. Local knowledge and understanding of the issues facing North Devon, socially and economically would be advantageous.
