Packing Operative - Witham, Essex
£12.21 per hour | Ongoing Temporary Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Packing Operative to join a well-established logistics and distribution company based in Witham, Essex. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling product kits
Picking and packing orders using a pick list
Operating a hand-held scanner
Walking throughout the warehouse to collect items
Printing labels using basic computer systems
Assisting with wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
Candidate Requirements:
Previous warehouse or factory experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
Able to follow written instructions and work from pick lists
Experience using hand scanners is advantageous
Comfortable with manual handling and some heavy lifting
Working Hours & Pay:
Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
Early finish on Fridays
£12.21 per hour
