We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love supporting others, and have strong administrative skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team and wider commercial department
Process sales orders, generate invoices, and manage customer data accurately
Liaise with customers to provide updates, respond to queries, and ensure a high standard of service
Maintain internal systems (CRM, order processing software, etc.)
Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation
Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules in collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams
Support sales campaigns and product launches with relevant admin tasks
Track stock levels and liaise with the procurement team as needed
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a sales support, sales admin, or similar administrative role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
