Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Drop Driver to join our team. This role involves the safe and timely delivery of goods to multiple locations, with a strong focus on customer service, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently deliver goods to multiple drop locations
* Load and unload goods, ensuring items are handled and secured correctly
* Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and internal teams
* Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness
* Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents
* Comply with all road traffic laws and company procedures
Requirements:
1. Valid UK driving licence with a clean or near-clean driving record
2. Previous experience as a delivery driver (multi-drop preferred)
3. Ability to operate vans and similar commercial vehicles
4. Physically fit and able to lift and carry goods as required
5. Good communication and customer service skills
6. Good knowledge of local roads and routes
