We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator for our team based in our Farnborough laboratory. You will support our customers through telephony, online and email support. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we deliver our customer promises and constantly strive to deliver standards of excellence. ABOUT YOU We are seeking someone who is organised and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy while having knowledge and demonstrable experience of dealing with high call/email volumes. Required skills and experience: Experience in dealing with high call/email volumes Knowledge of common IT software, e.g. MS Office,and the ability to learn to use in-house database-driven systems Business administration Ability to develop strong working relationships. Self-motivated and able to work alone and as part of a team. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with key stakeholders. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
