A well-established international property and construction consultancy is currently looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their central London team. This role would suit a career-driven Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience who is looking to build their expertise across a wide portfolio while working towards MRICS chartership. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in projects from feasibility to final account, gaining experience in both pre- and post-contract services. Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering full cost consultancy services across multiple sectors
Support preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
Manage procurement processes and administer JCT/NEC contracts
Assist with valuations, variations, and cost reporting
Attend client and design team meetings, contributing to key decisions
Collaborate with senior team members on high-profile London projectsQuantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
2-4 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited discipline
Working knowledge of both pre- and post-contract duties
Familiarity with JCT and/or NEC contracts
Strong communication skills and a professional, proactive mindset
