Do you have cleaning experience? Are you available evenings? Are you physically fit and reliable? Our client, based in central York is looking for reliable cleaner to start as soon as possible. The work is temporary for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential of longer. The site is a modern award winning office block based in central York, close to the train station. The normal shifts available are 5.00pm - 9.00pm, Monday to Thursday, 4.30pm - 8.30pm on a Friday, in total 20 hours per week. PPE equipment and clothing will be provided. Rates of pay for the role is £12.60 per hour plus night time enhancements from 7.00pm – 9.00pm. Reliability is essential, as is ideally previous experience of cleaning including: Vacuuming, mopping etc in areas such as floors, toilets and hallways. Using chemicals and cleaning machinery safely. Moderate physical effort, which will involve walking, standing and lifting.
