A leading global financial institution is seeking a Vice President to join its Leveraged Finance team in London. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in originating, structuring, and executing high-profile transactions across Europe.
This is a senior opportunity for a finance professional with deep expertise in leveraged finance, debt advisory or M&A. You will play a key role in structuring and executing complex debt transactions, working closely with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the execution of leveraged finance transactions, including LBOs, refinancing, and recapitalisation.
* Work closely with sponsors, corporates, and internal stakeholders to structure financing solutions.
* Prepare and present credit papers, financial models, and marketing materials.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic business development initiatives.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or debt advisory.
* Strong technical skills in credit analysis, financial modelling, and deal structuring.
* Strong transaction experience with a proven track record of executing complex, high-value deals across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
