The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise pre-prepared lessons in secondary schools (Key Stage 3 & Key Stage 4) Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Support pupils in completing the work set by their teacher Encourage students to stay focused and engaged Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies You will not be required to plan lessons or mark work, making this an ideal role for graduates looking to build confidence in the classroom.
