Salary: £35,270 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

You will care for our young people daily, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories. As a shift leader, you will support and lead staff, ready to deputise for the Team Leaders. Building relationships with young people with compassion, resilience, and leadership is key.
