The Role:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the team. Your responsibilities will include:
* leading and supporting high-quality investment and development projects, proactively building and maintaining client relationships
* managing transactions from inception to completion, mentoring junior team members
* participating in business development activities to enhance market share and brand awareness
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including funds, asset managers, property companies, and public bodies, handling high-value transactions across the entire lifecycle of asset management and development work. This team is renowned for its expertise and has cultivated a strong client following.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience. You will have extensive exposure to quality real estate investment work and a proven ability to provide first-class technical and commercial advice. Your experience should include:
* Managing real estate investment acquisitions and disposals
* Handling asset management transactions and landlord-tenant issues
* Demonstrated success in client handling
In addition to your technical skills, strong internal and external networking abilities are essential.
Key Requirements:
* At least 3 years of post-qualified experience as an England & Wales Solicitor
* Proven experience in managing investment transactions
* Experience working with various real estate investors, including funds, property companies, charities, or private clients
* Strong understanding of landlord-tenant issues
