Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:45pm
30-minute lunch break

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to join a busy operations team. This role is key to ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time, while balancing production capacity, materials, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements
* Ensure on-time delivery of manufactured components
* Identify and resolve production flow constraints through sustainable solutions
* Develop and implement capacity and production plans
* Work collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Sales and Finance teams
* Maintain and improve ERP system accuracy and resolve system-related issues
* Support supply and demand planning, including engineering changes
* Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
* Produce and report on daily production metrics
* Facilitate daily production meetings
Skills and Experience
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Solid understanding of production planning principles, including scheduling, capacity planning and shop floor control
* Experience with ERP systems (Infor Syteline desirable but not essential)
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
