The role👀:
All our recruitment consultants start out as 180 delivery consultants for the first few weeks.
We will train you to:
* Understand the requirements of our key clients
* Find candidates through job boards and advertising
* Qualify the candidates over the phone
* Manage your shortlisted candidates through the interview and hiring process
* Build a personal brand through online marketing and platforms like LinkedIn
You will then have the opportunity to go 360, meaning you:
* Work the full recruitment life cycle
* Generate leads and develop relationships with companies to win new business for yourself and Plexus
Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary!💰
