Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products through effective upselling techniques.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies.
* Handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
* Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while assisting customers with their queries.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Experience
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
* Multilingual or bilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
