An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Programme Manager to support a large-scale business integration for a global Consultancy business.
Were looking for an experienced HR Project Manager, or HR Business Partner, who has proven experience in leading HR transformation programmes and is ready to take on their next assignment (likely to be for at least 9 months) in September/ October 2025.
What you'll do:
- ? Lead the end-to-end integration from a people perspective, from due diligence, TUPE consultation and integration, through to possible restructuring
- ? Ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes across the organisation
- ? Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring employees are supported and well informed throughout the period of integration
What were looking for:
- ? Proven experience in leading HR transformation programmes including experience of M&A / TUPE (essential)
