We are looking for an Occupational Health Nurse to join an Energy project based in Teesside

This role will 4 days a week and based full time on site.

Responsibilities

* To provide guidance and knowledge to SHE and SLT for their site Occupational Health (OH) delivery arrangements.
* To manage the site based OH function for Costain, and upon agreement with Agency, Contractors, Client as determined by Project Lead and SHE Manager.
* To agree with the SHE Manager the OH duties and role* for site level, such as safety critical medicals, health surveillance, drug and alcohol, sickness absence, work-related incidents, wellbeing.
* *Duties and role will depend on the OH Nurse applicant competencies, proficiencies and experience.
* To assist at site level other health initiatives as agreed by SHE Managers, e.g. wellbeing initiatives, toolbox talks, training and awareness.
* To support and comply with Costain OH Governance / Standard Operating Procedures alongside Costain Group OH Manager.
* To support wider Costain OH Nurse team as part of Costain business expectations and SHE Plan.
