The role.. .
* To be responsible for the delivery of the business as usual activities
* Ensure that the Payroll Teams deliver to the UK Service Standards, KPI’s and metrics
* To contribute and support the delivery of UK Operations plans
* To manage and support the development of the payroll teams
* To support and promote the wellbeing of the Payroll Operations Teams
* To contribute and support the overall engagement of the department
* Work closely with other departments to help support the success of customer lifetime loyalty
* Report payroll delivery and performance to Payroll Operations Director
* To be accountable for ongoing management of customer feedback and ENPS for customers
* To be the escalation point for internal and external operational matters
* To support the recruitment and on boarding for the department
* Facilitate team meetings
* Responsible for ensuring processes work effectively
* Responsible for customer overall satisfaction of the Payroll Operation Service
* To build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders
* Accountable for the overall management of Payroll Operation Customers
* To self-evaluate and recognize areas of personal development
