This is an opportunity for an experienced Operations Maager or General Manager to take the next step in their career. The business has a mix of restaurant, bar, tea room, grand ballroom and meeting rooms. It offers a full service to guests and non residents. The Role - General Manager
Managing all aspects of the hotel
Producing budgets and financial reports
Developing a strong and successful team in all departments
Building new teams in F&B to drive the hotel forward
Maximise Festive trading opportunities in local market
Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and gaining increased profile on social networking sites.
The Person - General Manager
A strong and determined manager
An existing General Manager with 4* hotel service experience or higher
Able to deliver results compared to budget
Excellent F&B skills
Outstanding host and able to develop long standing relationships with clients and team members
