Job Description Work with an award-winning, nationally recognised Court of Protection team Manage a high-quality Property & Affairs caseload with excellent support Clear progression to Associate/Senior Associate – qualification not essential Hybrid working: 3 days from home full home-office setup provided A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a respected specialist firm in Manchester. This role offers high-quality deputyship work, strong development opportunities and long-term progression in one of the UK’s most established CoP teams. The firm is known for handling complex and high-value Property & Affairs deputyship cases, including professional deputy appointments, financial abuse investigations and contested Court of Protection applications. With continued growth and increasing new instructions, the team is seeking an additional fee earner at Grade B/C level. You’ll take responsibility for your own caseload, supported by skilled Case Workers who manage day-to-day financial administration. You’ll also work closely with senior specialists on complex matters, gaining valuable exposure to contested applications, high-value estates and multidimensional safeguarding issues.
