Proposals Coordinator
Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for a Proposals Coordinator to join a Regional Contractor based out of their office in Hampshire, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor who works across great variety of projects covering the south coast & southwest.
About the role of Proposals Coordinator
As Proposals Coordinator you will be joining, an experienced pre-construction team, assisting with the bids, submissions, tenders, project packs and questionnaires. Typically, our client works across a range of projects including Education, Healthcare, Residential & commercial new builds, typically valuing up to £20M.
Responsibilities for Proposals Coordinator
* As Proposals Coordinator, you will assist in the design, development and branding of submissions documents for prospective tenders.
* You will support the team with conducting market research and holding a strong industry understanding.
* Responsible for ensuring all documents are quality checked, including meeting the proposal requirements, within the correct format and following company standards.
Requirements for Proposals Coordinator
* A creative nature supported by relevant qualification either within Graphic Design, Art or Marketing
* Previous experience using relevant systems including In-Design & Photoshop.
* Strong ability to communicate verbally, written and visually is essential within this role.
