Summary: As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal care and practical support to service users in their homes, helping them to live safely and independently. Responsibilities: Assist with daily living activities Provide mobility assistance Prepare and serve meals Administer medications Monitor and record changes in clients’ health Assist with light housekeeping Provide companionship and social engagement Foster a safe and comfortable environment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Certification as a personal care assistant or home health aide Knowledge of basic healthcare procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina Reliable transportation Willingness to work flexible hours Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional standards Essential Right to work in the UK. Good communication skills, caring and reliable. Willingness to undertake mandatory training (Safeguarding, Moving & Handling, Infection Control, First Aid, etc.). Flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required. Desirable Previous experience in care or healthcare. Care Certificate or NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (Level 2 or 3). Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (with business insurance)
