What you will be doing:
1. Providing excellent customer service by ensuring that all enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively .
2. Assisting in the successful operation of admissions processes by providing general administrative support for the team.
3. Support the delivery of outbound telephone campaigns to enquirers and applicants by training and supervising student ambassadors
Qualifications/experience:
4. GCSE English and Maths or equivalent (or equivalent experience)
5. Significant experience of working within an office environment
6. Experience of working in a role dealing with the public
7. Experience of working as a member of a team
8. Experience of working within a customer service role
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills
10. Highly developed administrative and organisational skills
11. High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
12. Excellent data entry, IT and MS Office skills
