ELECTRICIANS REQUIRED - NEWMARKET (CB8 9YG)
Pay Rate: Starting from £30 per hour.
Total Jobs is currently recruiting experienced Electricians for a site-based role in Newmarket. This position is based on a prison project, where our client is carrying out a full rewiring contract. Candidates must have prior experience working in similar environments and be confident working to strict site and safety regulations.
Key Duties
* Carrying out rewiring work across the site.
* Working to site plans and electrical specifications.
* Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 year’s experience as a site electrician.
* Previous experience working in prisons or similar secure environments preferred.
* Own tools essential.
* Must have enhanced DBS.
* Must have EL1 and EL2.
* Own transport desirable.
Working Hours
40 hours per week based on an 8‑hour working day
Duration
Minimum 12‑week contract with potential for ongoing work.
