Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team at Rainbo, where we offer a diverse working environment at our head office based in Crawley, West Sussex. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within set parameters of budget, timeline, and scope, whilst effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients and project team members.
Responsibilities of this role:
1. Administer and manage contracts from the beginning of the life cycle through to completion.
2. Assess customer and supplier contracts, to ensure alignment and that our business is protected – a broad level of contract management.
3. Creation of status update reports for senior management and customers.
4. Assess and ensure orders are technically and commercially compliant.
5. Conduct due diligence on new suppliers being added to our database.
6. Effectively manage deadlines on multiple contracts, ensuring customer requirements are met.
7. Work with the projects team and place orders with suppliers, when orders are secured.
8. Maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, customers and any other relevant stakeholders.
9. Set, manage and monitor project timeline and deliverables.
10. Update relevant stakeholders and team members on the project progress.
