Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner Location: Braintree, Brighton, Chelmsford or Hornchurch (Office-Based) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: From £45,000 performance-related bonus (DOE) The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (3 PQE) to join a well-established multi-office firm. You will manage your own busy residential conveyancing caseload, handling approximately 25–35 new instructions per month, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Files from instruction through to post-completion You will work within a supportive and collaborative team while maintaining responsibility for your own matters.
