Job Description
We are seeking a qualified professional with experience in IT infrastructure and service management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background working in service-based companies and experience with onsite and offshore models.
Key Points:
* Experience working in service-based companies like Hexaware, with exposure to onsite and offshore models.
* Over 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 2 years directly working with customers and 2-3 years with the current organization.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications.
* Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Operations, Network Operations, or Service Desk.
* Experience in Project/Program Management within Service Desk, Infrastructure Planning, or Network Planning.
* Experience with onshore/offshore models and 3-tier models (offshore, account, customer) is a plus.
* Experience working in a multi-national/multi-cultural environment.
* Strong operations management skills, preferably ITIL Certified, with the ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
* Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Knowledge and experience in at least five of the nine areas of Project Management.
* Leadership skills to guide staff and manage operational issues.
* Application of advanced Project Management principles and methodologies.
* Ability to select appropriate standards, tools, and applications.
* Analytical and systematic problem-solving approach.
* Fluent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information.
* Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical information.
* Awareness of emerging technologies and their applications.
* Ability to advise, mentor, design, evaluate, influence, and promote best practices.
