As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.

What you'll do

1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems and improve the shopping experience.
3. Ensure store safety and legality by managing stock, prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Engage with the local community through activities and events.
